It’s not often we see raw Travertine in its natural state. Travertine is known to have a porous texture which can be used as an organic element in any room. We always suggest bringing the outside in using earth elemental textiles.
The light colour variation is one of the most popular as it easily brightens up a room. In order to unveil this beautiful raw surface, we stripped the original epoxy coating which had yellowed and accumulated thousands of micro scratches. This table is extremely well built, including a hand carved perimeter with cut corners. These are notable details that are not common in the modern day Travertine market.
Condition: Great condition. No damages or cracks. Refinished and sealed professionally to a matte / honed finish. Unlike our other tables; these are raw travertine which means they have more texture as shown in close up photos. Some wear in the detailed beveled perimeter when up close.
Note: Travertine stone is naturally porous and apart of its character. Our vintage pieces undergo an in-depth refinishing process to ensure we bring it back to the best condition possible.
