The distinct and impeccable veining sets it apart from any other, with layers of cream and beige intertwining harmoniously, boasting minimal fills. CONDITION — Great condition. The raw edge naturally has character of pits and lines in its natural state that are not cracks or damages. For ex, a linear divot was previously filled by the original owner (see example photos: 15 & 16).
This table is professionally restored, refinished & sealed to a honed finish. Refinishing includes the entire piece, not just the surface. All refinishing is completed in house to ensure top grade quality and consistency.
NOTE — Travertine is a naturally porous soft stone. Our vintage pieces undergo an in-depth refinishing process to ensure we bring it back to the best condition possible. Although, this may mean they are not perfect due the authentic vintage age of 40-50 years. Due to its weight, we reinforced this table from underneath with hidden aluminum support along the perimeter.
