A popular attributed design by Jean Michel Frank for Sirmos. This rock like table lamp is made from plaster, making these pieces feel as heavy as stone. Its incredible sculptural design is molded to ensure each lamp is unique from one another. The porous pits and rough texture is a fabulous addition of character to your existing space. The crevasse create deep shadows, while the high points brighten the mountainous feel of the piece. We suggest pairing these bases with a neutral lamp shade that compliments the earthy hues of the design.
Condition: 2 areas with small chips in the plaster as photos show. Visible at a close up look (see photos 7 & 8). One cord is longer than the other for an unknown reason but in perfect working order. Very sturdy & heavy! Lamp harps will be replaced before pickup/shipping. Bulbs included if needed!
Note: Travertine is naturally a porous stone. Our vintage pieces undergo an in-depth refinishing process to ensure we bring it back to the best condition possible. Although, this may mean they are not perfect due the authentic vintage age of 40-50 years.
